A Big Fat Sloppy Sorry

I've been through a lot lately, and I do not have words to express it as of now. As of exams, I have only 3 days left for my exam and I didn't start. As of now, I do not care about exams. Exams come and go, it is the knowledge that matters. Worry not, and thy shall succeed is my new found motto. Let's see how far it can get me. For those who log in to read my blog at least once a day, I'm really sorry folks. I actually have no words to type, plus my internet connection has been barred from the college because I was downloading a Discovery TV series, on "How Stuff Works". Until further notice, and with a heavy heart, I bid my readers adieu :(

A honest reply?

"The world, wants us to change." These are the first words that ring in my head, when I get up late in the morning and see my room mate getting ready to go to the library and study. With only 10 days left for the final semester exams, I wonder what is going to happen of me, and my dear brothers who follow suit. While waking up, a friend comes and asks me to clean his phone infected with virus. So, as a gesture of kindness, I take out my laptop, scan his phone with the antivirus, and hand it back over. Then, was the moment when Ajith (the friend I described in "About a Friend" told me I had made some errors in my previous blog post). So, I rectified it in a moment or so, and started wondering at the number of comma's I have used in the blog post. It is truly a large number. That started me thinking, comma's are used in every other language, be it English, Hindi, Marathi, French, Russian? I'm not sure about Kannada though. Also, I do not want to dedicate a whole post only about Comma's! So, people I need feedback! I need to know, what do you like to read? What keeps you on the edge? What will make you come to my blog every single hour of the day? Or atleast every single day? I love to write, that is true. But what is the point in writing, if people do not read it? Or if people do not like what I read?

You, yes you right there reading this post must comment what you want me to write. So please do me a favour and type everything that you want to read in the comment box, or in the facebook page, because I cannot read minds. :P Peace out.

Confessions Of A Blogaholic

Sometimes I wonder how life takes its treacherous plans, executes it on us, and does not want to tell us, about what happens next. What has my life amounted too? All of those 19 years of useless ranting around, watching TV, movies, wasting time eating, sleeping? Doing, thinking, wondering stuff, that make no sense. Until some years back, when the keyboard started making sense to me, when life came like a puzzle, half solved, when I couldn't resist to type, not because I wanted to type, but because I fancied people in fancy Hollywood movies and the speed with which they type. No, I did not attend typing classes, neither did I practiced typing. All I did was chat on Facebook, day and night, with friends and strangers alike. I started typing a lot, chatting with people from Hawaii, Boston, England, Canberra, New York, and people from different time zones all around the world. Their English varied, and so did the politeness, the way they type, the way they express themselves. Having gone through all that, now, I could pretend to be a smart ass guy from MIT, Boston, or a single working mother from New York. Moreover, pretending to be a Chinese person is effortless, as far as the other person does not turn out to be Chinese.

As far as my English is concerned, people find it hard to believe, but watch 3 Hollywood movies a day for a year, and your English would be appreciably fluent. Well, it worked for me. One good thing about the Television set, and all the movies I have watched so far. Blogging, on the other hand came as an interest to me all of a sudden. I did not learn to type, but I learned in the process of making new friends. The only reason I type, is because I feel better, when I put all that I'm thinking on a keyboard with a memory or a piece of paper. Writing with a pen never fascinated me, given my bad handwriting, but writing on the keyboard always does.

Now, as the clock strikes 1500 hours on the 5th of December, 2012, I'm not wasting my study holidays studying throughout the day. But instead, I'm doing what I love the most. Blog post. There are only 11 more days for the semester exams to start, and I know I've to study, but I've not yet started, because I could not start studying without typing all this onto a valid keyboard. Exams, what they do is, get into the brains of the people without a strong will, and make them study 19 hours a day, which ultimately takes a toll on their health. Give it a rest, maintain a strong will, and study one day before the exam, watch miracles happen. Because, it was meant to be this way, I do not know what happens next, whether this post becomes an Internet sensation or the world ends on 21st December, but I try to make sense of it all, because I believe, LIFE was meant to be.
Keep reading folks.
