Today, on a fine Valentine's day eve, people who do not have any, either go chick hunting or stay far away from the other gender. I am person, who does neither of the above. I would rather while away my time reading books, blogging or playing counter strike than woo the other gender to ultimately get our heart broken (experience speaks). So, with no prior or latter plans for the day, I while away my timing cracking jokes with Lalit, while a teacher sets his eye upon us, yelling at us in English and Kannada. The rest of the day was equally alright, with us two people fooling around.
At the end of the day, we decide to go have a snack at a shop which is almost 300 meters from the college, because the vendor right next to the college is very rude, money minded, never gives change, and apparently insulted one of my friends. So, we decide to boycott that shop from the very moment. With no choice left, and hunger rumbling in our stomach, we move on to the distant shop on the apparently very narrow national highway. I eat two eggs, buy a bottle of Mirinda apple which tastes just like Appy Fizz, and that is why we mix Mirinda with Pepsi, to get the colour combination of the below picture.
To add to that, I experienced that matrix scene when the hero just misses the bullets, where in my case, I missed the bus with just a few inches, hands spread wide apart with a bottle of the fusion of Pepsi and Mirinda in my hand. A moment to thank god, and also to say to my friend, "Dude! Did you see that? Awesome! :D"
Yes, so all in all the much hyped valentine's day did not live up to the excitement but it sure the day not ordinary. For the last few days, I have been wondering, because I cannot remember the last ordinary day in my life. True, I do not blog about every other day because either I'm lazy or the wi fi gets too slow to browse. I'd rather not surf the internet, than surf on a slow connection. It strikes 1:23 am on my clock, and it is time for bed. So, stay tuned and have fun. Keep reading. :D
