Well well, so I am back to continue my four year engineering journey after my very first semester vacation terminated with me stranded in the bus five hours at a stretch and one and half hour later in the middle of nowhere which is apparently supposed to be the Pune Expressway. This was the second time I was ready to travel in a bus for 17 hours straight. The first time the twelve wheeler was two hours late which wasn't much as compared to right now. The bus though being Volvo multi axle and all for that "sleep like a baby" tagline all thanks to KSRTC Airavat. Well, one has to sleep like a baby anyways with legs folded in a peculiar fashion. While they said sleep like a baby, I guess they literally meant it!
The second journey was rather accompanied with this downfall after the coolant which is supposed to keep the engine cool broke down and it took five hours for drivers acting as engineers to make the bus work and move around ten more miles to a official Volvo garage at the middle of a night where the guy who was working on this huge machine had no idea how to fix this thing but was acting as if he invented Volvo!(That would be the largest sentence I have ever written) Plus what astonished me was the passengers were really calm except this one guy ahead of me who from his speaking could be easily made out as an outcome of one of these "English speaking classes" from this particular sentence of his,"No boss, no any vehicle passing". I wonder why the boss did not correct the employee's mistake. I bet he doesn't work for a BPO.
The next day was peaceful but the hostel was a mess. After three hours of intense cleaning, my room could be actually called "clean". So today is the first day of college and I am here blogging during the break while most of my friends are bunking the next half of the day. I wonder why I am sitting the lectures being "Kannada" and "Constitution of India and Ethics". I guess I have to find out.
That's it for today.
Keep Reading people. :D
